About the Los Angeles Regional NACHMO Hub

NACHMO’s LA Hub was founded in 2017 as one of the first hubs in the country. The hub has produced showing since its founding year with the exception of 2022. The Los Angeles hub also held partnerships with the Boulder-area company T2 Dance Project. The company selected a piece from the 2019 LA NACHMO Show and provided them a free spot in their summer dance festival. In 2021, the LA hub shifted to an online film festival to accommodate the pandemic, and also produced “Walk Through the Park,” a site-specific outdoor performance featuring performances at various locations.

NACHMO Los Angeles is directed by Rachel Turner, who was the hub’s original founder.
