Theater Shows

These shows feature a curated collection of diverse works crafted by New York City choreographers for the NACHMO challenge. (Full disclosure: after being selected for these shows, the choreographers had an extra three weeks to rehearse and polish their newly made creations.) Shows at 8pm February 26 and 27 at the Actors Fund Arts Center. $15 at the door, $12 online. Come be inspired!

Studio Shows

What can you create in 31 days? Each January, NACHMO (National Choreography Month) challenges choreographers, dancers, and movers of all types to create a new piece in one month. Come see the fruits of their labor as they share excerpts of their brand new dance work with the public for the first time on Feb 3, 4, 5, and 6th at the Mark Morris Dance Center. Each evening features a different cast of choreographers. One hour running time, $5 suggested cash donation.
